Consumers Expect More Social Engagement

A new study by Lithium Technologies found consumers' expectations exceed what businesses are delivering when it comes to engagement on social media sites. Roughly two-thirds of survey respondents report they never received a response from a company after tweeting about the firm. 58% surveyed say they heard nothing from companies after "Liking" them on Facebook.
